North Shore Community Health Remains Dedicated to Serving Our Community

As the status of the COVID-19 pandemic constantly evolves, we are actively balancing our patients’ needs with the health and safety of our staff and communities. We have made changes to our operations that are outlined below or can be READ HERE.

Attention Patients:

In an effort to protect all patients against the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are advising that you call us at 978-744-8388 and speak to a nurse BEFORE coming in to the health center.   In many cases, for your safety and to prevent the unnecessary spread of  infection, we will provide telephonic care to you directly at home.
