North Shore Community Health offers a wide variety of services as a part of our integrated health care approach. Your doctor (Primary Care Provider/PCP) works with an extensive NSCH team to provide comprehensive preventive care as well as sick care to patients. Each of our Family Health Center sites offer: primary care, dental care, women’s health services, mental and behavioral health services, addiction treatment services, HIV and Hepatitis C treatment. This patient-centered medical home approach offers solutions for some of the most persistent health care problems by providing many services all under one roof.
