In response to the growing demand for accessible, high-quality healthcare in underserved populations, North Shore Community Health (NSCH) has pioneered our After Hours service. This service ensures patients have seamless access to comprehensive services, including telehealth, clinical triage, and behavioral health support. The program leverages the expertise of nurse practitioners and physician assistants to expand access, alleviating the burden on primary care providers while enhancing the continuity of care. Outcomes of the Night Float program include improved patient satisfaction, driven by 24/7 availability, telehealth, and therefore reducing provider burnout through this team-based care model.

We additionally have same-day availability. These appointments can be for patients who need a doctor’s note or a last minute physical. These same-day appointments are not limited to urgent needs. However, you may not be seen by your usual primary care provider
