When you get emergency care or get treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected from surprise billing or balance billing.

North Shore Community Health Centers will provide full or partial free care to financially eligible persons based on a sliding fee scale. For more information, please inquire at the Enrollment Department or call 978-744-8388.
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay, and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
