Najwa is a Family Nurse Practitioner who works with patients of all ages at North Shore Community Health Center to help them get the care they need and to have an ultimate level of health.

Najwa holds a Master degree in nursing from Rivier University and Medical Degree from Damascus Medical School. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioner AANP.

Najwa is currently certified by the American Medical Board and the American Association of Nurse Practitioner and currently licensed to practice in the state of Massachusetts.

Najwa’s previous experience includes work at Mass General Hospital Chelsea Health Center, Partner’s at home and All Care VNA and Hospice. Najwa’ experience at the community health center and home care qualified her to diagnose and treat a wide array of conditions across the entire lifespan and to care for patients of several cultures and ethnicities.

Najwa believes in forging relationships with people to understand their health needs and goals and working collaboratively with each individual to develop an individualized care plan to achieve their best possible state of health.

Najwa’s passion in Medicine and Nursing is focused on teaching patients about maintaining a balance for optimal health. Najwa wants the patient of North Shore Community Health Center to know that they can get special care right here at the North Shore Community Health Center.
