Sliding Scale Fee Discount
North Shore Community Health Centers will provide full or partial free care to financially eligible persons based on a sliding fee scale. The 2021 Scale is attached. For more information, please inquire at the Enrollment Department or call 978-744-8388.
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
